Refunds & Warranty


We offer all of our customers a full 30 day money back guarantee. If during the first 30 days of your purchase you are not happy with the product then you can return it to us. The item should be in the same condition that you received it, not overused or visibly damaged in any way. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping Returns
To return your product, please contact us at support@baby-bandit.com and we will provide the return shipping address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Product Damaged In Transit
If the product is damaged in transit due to shipper neglect, please contact us at support@baby-bandit.com immediately.


Baby Bandit warrants to the original purchaser of any Baby Bandit product that the product will be free of defects in materials or workmanship for Lifetime from the date of purchase.

This Baby Bandit product warranty is subject to and conditioned upon the customer's acceptance of and compliance with all of the Baby Bandit terms and policies which are included with the product and made available on the Baby Bandit website for your convenience.

This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, anticipated wear, lost merchandise or damage from the elements.

Do not leave products outside, as prolonged exposure to sun and rain will degrade them. Damage due to weather exposure is not covered under warranty.

If your product breaks within the terms of this warranty, please contact us at support@baby-bandit.com and we will arrange for you to return the item and a warranty replacement will be shipped to you. You will not need to pay for the product replacement but you will be liable for the shipping charges.
